If you saw my recent announcement, then you know I stopped taking "large" weddings. When Cindy messaged me about their micro-wedding, my eyes lit up because it was the most amazing transition for me and exactly what I wanted to focus on as a "wedding photographer"!
We couldn't have asked for a more awesome time together. There were lots of laughter and "where are your pants?!" comments, which just added to the amazing day.
Our weather was beautiful and I got my steps in shuffling between Jon & Cindy, who were getting ready at their brand new home, overseeing their development's golf course.
The day was intimate and perfect. Including their closest family members, with their backyard as their ceremony drop. We headed out on the course for portraits and incorporated their love of golfing throughout!
The evening was a beautiful fall transition temperature and they were all joined at the dinner table, filling with laughter. I can't make this stuff up... it truly was a fun-filled evening surrounded by family.
Also - can I just comment on how sweet Jon & Cindy are? My clumsy butt walked right into their basement screen door. I was mortified, but they brushed it off so nicely... Jon even gave me a Truly for the road (which I did NOT drink on the road, and safely stored it for home use LOL)
Here are some highlights from their lovely day:
Congrats, you two!
