Springton Manor | Alex & Steph

Oh my goodness, could this day have been any more perfect?!

I met Alex & Steph via zoom a few months back, with many, many miles between us. They had loved Springton Manor and saw my previous wedding at the venue and now, here we are! We met for the first time the day of, but it felt like we had been friends for a while! Alex was so welcoming when I bumped into him. Walking into the bridal suite and seeing Steph was like seeing an old friend on her special day. What a beauty!

I joined the bridal parties, gave them my run-down, scolded the boys (have to set the precedent!) and we proceeded with our day. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and a good amount of tears to start us off... all before our first look!

Alex anxiously waited for his beautiful bride. The moment couldn't have been more perfect. We jumped right into our portraits and then joined the family for our formal portraits before kicking off the ceremony.

The drizzle earlier in the day held out and opened for such pretty skies. The ceremony was emotional and loving... and the ring bearer was the cutest I've ever seen!

The bridal party joined us after for awesome portraits. I worked with Alex & Steph for a little bit again and sent them on their way for cocktail hour with their guests.

There was no shortage of dancing or fun during the reception... this was such a lively crowd!

Throughout the evening, the skies kept opening and I can't thank Alex & Steph enough for their patience. I grabbed them for a few minutes during the beautiful golden light... and then again when the pinks popped up. Simply amazing.

We ended the night with sparklers and the couple headed to the dance floor for their final dance. It was such a beautiful moment!
